EC internal boost, anybody tried?

The Mid boost in the Eric Clapton signature strat,,,
did anybody tried to put it in a pedal.

how to convert it to do so?

I tried it outside a guitar with the pcb on a bench. I decided it was not worth putting it inside a box or a guitar.

The old booster is optimized for the use w "Lace Sensor Gold" SC-PUs, the new booster is optimized for the use w "Fender Noisless" PUs.
To me the new EC-Strat sound extreme good w that booster, much better than the old one, but I don't think it's worth to build it, there's no guarantee that it will sound as good w other/std. PUs or guitars.
