Is the fulltone inductor 500uH or 500mH?

I know inductors for wahs are supposed to be 500mH but the fulltone inductor has 500uH written on it.  Has anyone actually tested one to see what it really is?  Also I am building a new wah and am wondering which inductor to use.  The ones ive looked at are the arielfx halo, the area 51 fasel, and the red dunlop.  Has anyone had any experience with these inductors?  Thanks
