MIDI cable

I would like to make a cable to connect my keyboard to the PC throuh the MIDI port, because that cable is not available in my country, so ill get to broken old keyboards and one broken joystick, but I dont know how to connect them, the schematics I found are with complicated circuits most of them, I wanted something simple to use m-tron and other programs because my keyboard its not very good luckely it has the midi port(in and out)
any idea??
