Has anyone else had this problem with a Boss RV-3?

My RV-3 (Digital Reverb and Delay) has had an issue for a while now.  When I turn the effect on, there's a slight break, or "hiccup" in the signal.  Very annoying.  Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

No; I have no such an issue

You have to wait when it powers up (when you plug the unit into the PSU) but when it is powered up no issues there

mine doesn't work at all.  some fixing pointers would really be cool.  i'll keep an eye on this thread.
