Rebote 2.5 signal only on one side of 510K resistor

I'm debugging my newly built Tonepad Rebote 2.5 delay pedal.  No signal is coming out of the pedal.  When I trace with an audio probe, I hear a signal on the input side of the 510K resistor just before the TL072 chip, but I don't hear anything on the chip side.  I've checked the resistor value, which comes in at 505K, and I've checked the joints around the resistor.  I've measured all the resistors, and double checked the solder connections, suspected bridges and potential trace breaks.  I've measured the TL072 voltages, and see the following:
1  7.05
2  4.18
3  0.18
4  0
5  0.8
6  1.26
7  1.31
8  7.67
Could this be so simple as I've zapped the TL072?  The signal stop at the chip side of the resistor confuses me.

Also, if I touch a wire between the TL072 and the PT2399, the bit of static buzz does get delayed and repeated.  Based on this I'm hoping the PT2399 chip is still OK.

Does anyone have any ideas?

have you tried replacing the resistor? maybe it's merely a matter of a faulty one.

I haven't tried tha, since it measured at 505K, but I'll do that today.  Thanks!

Hey thanks!  In replacing the resistor, I found a bridge that I thought was a valid trace.  Pedal still doesn't work, but now I use the audio probe to see my signal coming into the TL072 stage one, coming out very week, going into TL072 stage 2 with delays, then nothing coming out.  Once the new chip arrives from small bear, this should be good to go  Thank you VERY MUCH for your help.

No problem, although you're right and you probably didn't need to replace it. Glad I could (accidentally) help  ::)
