Where's a cheap source for 3mm diffused/frosted blue LED's??

I managed to get a hold of some of the 5mm blue frosted ones and they look killer, but would like to get the smaller size to do away with a bezel and save space on future builds.

If I frost my LEDs, I just use sandpaper  specifically, my dremel. Works great, results are pretty much the same. I have all super-bright LEDs, so it can really hurt just looking to see if my box is on or off if I don't sand em.

Thanks, I'll experiment with that if I don't have luck sourcing any cheaply priced ones.  Also I hear ya about the overly bright laser effect. I've been raising my current limiting resistor to 15k and 18k lately.
