low leakage diode & trimpot

well I already built omnidrive, shredmaster and some more simple pedal or amp. But I dont really know about LOW LEAKAGE DIODE, please give me example some low leakage diode..?

Second is about the code number of TRIMPOT...what is the code for 10K, 100K etc..

Most places list in K as in 100K.

Otherwise:

10K = 103
100K = 104 (as in put 4 zeros after 10)
