Not sure if this is any use but came across this site on EBAY.

I 'm sure everyone has already seen it but hey if not it looks pretty reasonable

Forgot to say , can you please post your thoughts, and maybe what type of transistor would be cool in what circuits!

Cheers

The only ones I would buy are those 2SD352 (h) NPN Ge Matsushitas (Panasonic). I have a 25 of these, subclass (h). They are ALL useable, no hiss and reliable. Measured with RG test they have an average hFE: 65 and leakage: 250uA. At higher base currents hFE increases to 80 - 90. Datasheet at alldatasheet.com or datasheetarchive.com.
But these are low freq devices, they sound a little dark for some projects. I tried them in a Tone Bender mkII that makes a lot of highs and they worked good, no need for the 103 cap at the input.

Cheers Mac, just the kinda info I'm after.

Dark Transistors eh sounds good to me (should I now bin my 2n3904's! lol)
