Is it possible to wire a switch like this?

I've seen at least one pedal that contained 2 effects in one box that had a "series/parallel" switch on it.  Does anyone know how to do that?  I'd really like to know.  Also, is it possible to wire a toggle switch to switch the order of two effects in series.  In other words, in one position effect A would be first, then effect B.  And in the other the order would be opposite; B then A.  Seems like it might require a 4pdt toggle, but I can't quite get my brain around it.
