MXR Dynacomp Compressor problem

Hi, i build it, and when i fisrt play, the sound was like my speaker amp was broke (the smallest cord sound ok, but the biggest cord sound horrible, cracking), i unplug and look at it, and when i plug it back....no sound-nothing-nada....and i touch nothing....

Hi
Q1, Q2 and Q3 have problems.  The base of all NPN, negative gorund transistors should be 0.7 volts higher than the emitter (and that's a mighty hand rule).
Check the resistors attached from the base to ground, and base to V+.

i finally found that R13 is 56K, and futurlec send me 5k6 instead of 56k, and it was write 56K on the bag.....i found it with my meter....( i went trought all my stock resistor (from 10ohm to 4M3) to double check the value just in case)

switch it with a 56k and the problem is solved....yeah!!!!!!!
