Ross Compressor Question/Problem?

In measuring the voltages across the the FETs they all seem okay except for Q1 which has

C = 8.4
B = .68
E = .04

I am getting a bypassed signal but when on nothing.  I am assuming that's a result of the Gate being almost shut.  Any ideas or help.  I have tried to trace the circuit back from B of the FET.   I am assuming the voltage going into the resistors is too low but can't figure out where to look.

Ummm. I'm hoping you just confused something because there aren't any FETs in the Ross Comp.

You need to look to see that the bias voltage is getting to the base of Q1. The emitter should be well above ground and the base about .6V above that.

Check the solder joints on the 470k/1uF/470k bias string coming from the 56k/27k bias supply.

I will check those resistors.  If I measure the voltage going into the resistors can I calculate what the voltage should be at each stage?
