GGG Ross comp Matching Q,s which one are most important?

I was told that both halves of the rectified signal should recieve equal treatment to help this pedal perform at it's best.

I had posted this question before but that was on a vero layout I did.  I am doing the GGG build now and was wondering which transistors on this layout are the ones that should be most closely matched.I am using 1% metal film R's and i will match my diodes as well.( i know some may say I am splitting hairs to bother but..hey! what the heck!) I know it is Q3 and Q4 on the tonepad layout but which ones the layout at the very bottom this page. http://generalguitargadgets.com/diagrams/geo_d&r_comp.pdf
