I've just acquired an old HP Laserjet from 1993, just curious how I'd go about printing something with actual size for making PCBs?  Using MS paint it stretches the image, and using microsoft's image printer, it wants to resize everything.  How do you all print actual size?

most of the pcb from ggg or rog seem to be oké except the JOAM, but just print and adjust size until the given measurements match.
still, as I'm designing a layout to be etched on a box, I needed someting with exact scaling, didn't find any freeware for mac. but you can try adobe illustrator for free for 30 days.

if somebody know freeware (mac) for exact scaling, let me know too, please...

Photoshop?

That's what I use.
Works great!
Sometimes Microsoft Paint also.

I'd try the Gimp it's a brilliant graphics package, very much like photoshop, but free and legal  ;)
It lets you print actual size or lets you scale images to exact sizes.
