What is this part?

I won a "by the pound" auction on EBay for electronic parts, and part of the package was thousands of the below clips.
They are really small and come in different colors.
(Sorry the picture isn't clearer.  They are tiny and I had trouble zooming in.)

Can anyone tell me what they are?

Those get soldered into holes on a PCB as test points.
