Perfboard Layout for DOD YJM needs debugging

 :DHey guys i did the Perboard layout for the DOD YJM 308 distortion pedal. I am not sure whether i have used the correct pins of the JRC4558 dual opamp ive used. Can you please debug it and hopefully also suggest me some useful modifications to get hard clipping.? Thanks for listeninng.

The first thing I see is that the second half of the op amp needs to be stabilized.  Connect pin 6 and 7 together.  connect pin 5 to Vref. 

I did a layout for the Dist+, which is a similar circuit.  Maybe you can use this for some ideas

Ahem ahem! hehe I think I know you  :D.

I just wanted to know , does some one knows how to cut a board? So that we can use  half of the board for another project? I wanted to cut Aron's strupboard.

Is there a way?

Go to the hardware store and buy a small hacksaw.  You can get them as small at 6 in or so.  Just cut along the traces and through the dots.  You can file the edges, or just leave them jagged.

thanks for the reply. I will do as you have suggested. But WOts Vref? Is it 9 volts positive?
