did someone made a pedal that use this techonology?

Forget the Cooltron pedals, to many parts (charge pumps, ICs) are custom made only for Korg and way to complicated technology for DIY (the pat. pendings are easier to read). It looks like the tube is only alibi, like on most tube pedals.

The OD/dist-sections are common standard, no hype there. To me the only good snipplet is the slightly modified Brian May Booster in the Brit Booster (but it needs an output buffer when used as a stand alone device). Due to the complicated technology for the power supply I would never buy one, hard job to repair it if something fails (especially one of those custom made parts).
