check for shorts where electrolytic caps are. i get them there quite often. the layout, however, is spacious, so i would second the cold solder joint suspect. :)good luck!

Is there an easy/fast/reliable way to find cold solders ?

Have the DMM 'take a look' here and there.
de-powered, using DMM in Resistance modes:  Measuring resitors Through it's circuit connections [as opposed to measuring it's values off it's leads] verifies the value of the resistor, as well as whether the resistor leads are Actually connected.
Powered w/DMM in DC voltage mode: Measuring voltages can also reveal cold solders, if you read say 2.v on a resistor lead, and through a cold solder read 0V, you can assume there is no connection between the resistor lead and...whatever it looks like it's connected to.
De-powered, DMM in 'beep' mode, test across the solder joint...if it beeps it's connected, if not...no connection.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

Thanks for all the help!! I'll try my best...

QuoteDo you think it's one of the input resistors or that maybe it is a resistor in the later part of the circuit?   Could it be a cold solder (although my soldering skills are quite good) ?

This is a good time to build an audio probe and use it. You can probably debug it in one day easily with the audio probe. Start from the input and work your way through the circuit.
