Who offered the Muffer or Muffin PCB?

Along with the buyout I made is a PCB with Muffer or Muffin on it. The copyright didn't etch well so I can't tell who made it. I'm guessing it's a Big Muff clone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That's not it. Not enough parts and the layout isn't right. Thanks though.
