Deluxe Memory man problem

Hello everyone, i'm new, but reading the forum since last summer.
Maybe someone can help me with this: i have a DMM not functioning; it does pass the direct signal (and the preamp seems ok), but it does not pass the echo signal; when the delay is on, the ON led keeps blinking, but i think it should stay on, right ?
someone has tips for me ?
