Nice "censor" !

I like the original better, but "in light of recent discussions", the censored one is probably more appropriate. Wouldn't want to "offend the masses", you know.

Recent discussions aside  ;D
The official Creampie enclosure has the "censored" removed....
I'll PM that one to ya when I get it etched,
'til then, I'll stop hijacking your thread but I must say, good thing we don't live closer as I think we would get into a heap of trouble
out there if I did!!  :icon_lol:

Only if  you like drinking beer and  seeing people like Dale Watson, Redd Volkaert, and James McMurtry every week ! :)

Brian Wenz lives here. We went and saw Redd and Bill Kirchin a couple weeks ago, but haven't had time to hook up since.

O

Looks great, what kind of sound does it have?

This looks perfect to try first in breadboard for some tweaking and even adding another stage.

I'll do it today !!!

Great Box Mark !!

SOUNDCLIP : http://aronnelson.com/gallery/albums/album72/Lucky_7.mp3

Strat -> Lucky7 -> Behringer Di W/Speaker sim.
High gain, with guitar vol rolled back, then rolled up.

Great looking Box.  Gus, everytime you post something, I learn something else.  Thanks.

For experimenters and from the other Mosfet thread:

Currently on my breadboard is a 4 stage:

Vulcan BJT
Vulcan Jfet
Vulcan Jfet minus bypass cap and sort of em/sim the emulations and to reduce gain to a managable level
Mosfet stage

The Vulcans produce their nice squishy distortion and the Mosfet stage... just has a really nice smooth sound too it.    :icon_cool:

Guys,

Gus' post contains a HUGE amount of info and advice in it.

I'd suggest breaking out the breadboard and building this with the trims and then trying what he suggests, it may open your ears a bit. Plus, it makes the circuit easier to replicate.

Just a thought,

Very happy to see this one finally out in public- I remember hearing it on a song posted a little while ago and loving the sound...now I've just gotta build it! Hopefully this cold/soar throat thing I have will go away soon and I can get some building in..great looking pedal and very nice etched enclosure there MarkM!

I wasn't trying to be cryptic, his handle is Gus.
