jawari transformer direction?

i'm trying to get the jawari to work, but before i start desoldering, i wanted to check to see if the transformer needs to be facing any certain direction.  i just kind of put it in.  i checked the datasheet (http://www.mouser.com/catalog/specsheets/XC-600134.pdf), but couldn't really tell.  i used the GGG layout: http://generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_jawari.pdf

Since it's a 1K:1K transformer, it doesn't really matter which one you treat as the primary/secondary. I have wondered, however, why Mouser marks the primary on those 1K:1K transformers...
