bypass project build suggestions

I'm thinking of building a bypass box and was curious if there were any good projects available with switching layouts, LED's, buffers and such.  In particular, I would want a tuner out in a addition to two separate bypass loops (1 early in the chain for my fuzz and filter/phase favorite pedal of the month) in additional to another loop at the end with whatever distortion I was currently into.

In between the bypass sections would remain my mainstay pedals (wah, OD, distortion and boost).  Led's, dc power and a buffer would also be of interest.  What have you guys built?
