Anybody build this "handy dandy" circuit from Laurier's schem?
I've messed around with it but think there may be some issues as I have power to the LED all the time.  :icon_frown:
Which may be handy but certainly not dandy  :icon_lol:
Anybody else played with this one at all?

My personal opinion is that his stuff doesn't work.  I attempted - and failed - to breadboard at least three of his circuits.  My breadboard technique can't be that bad as I've breadboarded several complex digital circuits successfully.  Paul Marossy's gotten a few to work.  For what it's worth, I say leave M. Gendron alone and just look here for anything you need.

Besides, R.G. has a schematic for the Roland Sustain already available.  I'd concentrate on that one.

Yeah.
That does seem to be the consensus about his site.
Too bad.

Laurier's Handy Dandy Little Headaches.

Paul Marossy

I built his vibrato, which didn't sound too bad, but it had too low of an output when the effect was engaged from bypass mode. Nothing I did to try and make it louder worked.  :icon_confused:

Is that the guy who has a little picture of his face on his schematics?

Gotta love that anyway!
