sd-1 mods

hi i just got a boss sd-1 and i want to modify it
here is want i want:
1)better bass response (not a lot of bass cuts)
2)good clean-up with the volume pot
3)little more gain
i don't want use it as a booster
i also want to say that i have done a search but i want you to tell  your personal experience  and help me combine  sd-1 mods(i think that the fooltone would be a good mod)

Here's one mod I do for people:
C2- .047uf
C3- .15uf
C10- 1uf
C6- Remove
D6- 1N4001
D4- 1N4003

Seems to be what you want.

I bought a kit from Monte on Ebay, it turned my SD-1 into a monster.  The best mod to my ears is the addition of the germanium diode, it makes it unbelievably tubey sounding.
I'll try to dig up what exactly I did.

I dunno...I wrote that sd-1 mod for the fulltone sounds a while back, and I think you could get more of what you want by doing this:
C2: .047UF
C3: .15 - .22UF (LARGER CAP IF YOU WANT MORE BASS)
R5: 1K
R9: 47K
C5: .22UF

DIODES TO TASTE, Go with the fulltone copy if you'd like.
