For the tonepad pulsar project:

Does anyone know how to add a volume control (similar to what you'd find on an EA trem)?

Take the output from the board and hook it up to lug 1 on a pot.  Ground lug 3, and then run the middle lug off to your switch and then jack.

Not to hijack... but my Pulsar build was pretty awesome - but thought adding a pulsing LED would be cool.  There's another thread running around showing how to mod the tonepad layout to eliminate the ticking (did it on my build - no ticks whatsoever) - in that thread there's also a discussion about adding a bunch of parts to get a pulsing LED... seemed like a lot of work!  Maybe I misread/remembered wrong... anyone have a good recommendation on this one?  As I recall, the  EATrem pulsing LED just comes right off the collector of one of the trannies (ROG)...

Not exactly what I meant... let me be more specific.  This will allow you to turn the level down, but I want to be able to increase or decrease the level.  Most tremolos have a percieved volume drop because the line level is the loudest point of the trem.  And when your ear gets done balancing it out, it sounds quieter than line level.  I modded my boss trem by replacing the resistor that attenuates the output with a pot.  Now I can get that thing screaming loud.  I'm looking for the component/group of components in the pulsar build that are attenuating the output to line level.  I know the output of this thing isn't the full output of the opamp in the amplification stage.  I think the output level might have to do with the R2/R3/R4 area, but I can't figure out what the solution is.  Anyone?
