i was actually thinking that someone would find a datasheet of the hammond box 3d view and trace it in illustrator then add the text, knobs and switches in the same style.

prob easier just to photgraph a premade box and do a manual trace in illustrator.

i dont really like the text on the side. its not a common way of printing onto the hammond boxes.

cheers

Something like that pyrop, but a little more real looking. I honestly think (although it isn't my decision really) that the stompbox with wording would be the best route to go.
Something like this box...

just gotta try and render some text onto it... and some knobs and a switch

pyrop ;D

I like that one. With maybe a little more embellishment that would be perfect. Something to tie it into the stompbox theme with a switch and or box...

I dig that logo as well. Hope you don't mind but I made a couple shape changes and added a mock up.
Possibly adding a large box outline instead of or including the outline of the text may be nice. Sort of making aLus sign shape with the box vertical and the DIYStomp tect horizontal, and a switch at the bottom?

I like the Pedal outline drawing as well. I was thinking of something like this when I asked aron about making some shirts a while back.

bLANIK--gotta be PNP

PKV--if the p is grounded, maybe but a little stompswitch head on the b.
Then you have two Os--a bjt and a jfet!

mattpocket

for the guy doing 3D ones: you need it to be just outlines, not shaded

I like the trannie one, the better one is the trannie with the flat face... (i'm a noob!  :icon_redface:)
