OT:Search engine question

i'm recently searching info about boss pedals,and the results are always 06-07,i know there are tons of older posts,anyone know how to search older posts ? thanks

When you click the "SEARCH" button, under the search dialog box there is a link titled "Advanced Search."  The "search order" drop-down box allows you to list results by date in order of most recent or oldest.  You can also search a range of "days ago."

P.S.  It's no problem, but threads like this are better suited for the Lounge.

i did,you can try "cs" ,"cs-3"...........

Two or three characters, even being a specific company's model number, is usually not a good or specific enough search criteria. Also not everyone uses the model when posting information so that is a somewhat weak search criteria.

Instead I used this search criteria: boss compression sustainer

and came up with this:

thanks for that,but you see there is "cs-3" in the topic,and how come when i search "cs-3" and i will get no result ??

My guess would be the search engine does not like the "-" as it is a special character.
