ProCo RAT (Tonepad)

I'm building the tonepad ProCo RAT distortion. The board is complete and now I'm trying to wire up a 3PDT switch to it all for true bypass with LED indicator. I'm a little confused on how to do it. Can anyone help?

If the 3PDT looks like this;
