PCB layout for 3PDT switch

i once saw a pcb layout in here for a 3pdt (to make it easier to connect the TB switch) i can't find it with search, as you might guess searching with words like "true bypass, 3pdt, or pcb" is as obvious as finding a 4.7k in a pool of 47k... 

anyone remembers where is that?

why is the image for it in that pdf file grey? it would be much better if it was pure black for printing to pcb purposes...

i do my 3pdt's surface mounted, it's the best way to attach the pcb to the enclosure in my opinion. i could make up a pdf file if anyone wants one? it would be easy since i've already got the donuts made in vectors.... if there were any specific requests like allowance for the LED's resistor on the pcb, or pop filter resistors on the pcb, or text that could easilly be done.

What kind of layout are you looking for? Something that will make it easier to wire up your switch?

I'm currently working on a transferable layout of a similar design for my own use. I haven't verified the layout just yet, it was something I did quickly while bored at work. Haven't checked to see if it's sized right either.
