Help With Maxon OD-808 True bypass!

I am trying to convert my Maxon Od-808 to true bypass,the maxon has a SPDT mechanical switch,the tips of the jacks go to the board,labeled 1 and 2, the SPDT switch wires connect to 11,12,13 on the board, I put in a 3PDT switch and took the jack tips to the(outside)  middle lugs of the switch,but not sure where to go from there!

  Have you considered a Looper box that can TB everything you want TB'd, as well as offer other options?

I built a true bypass looper box,and it works great! was just curious if this could be done? thanks.
