Making a box for just getting 2 or more outs. - Newbie

I was just wondering if there is a diagram floating around of any pedal I can make that I can have my signal go into and then leave through 2,3 or 4 outs. Thanks very very much.

i ended up just having a 3 or 4 jacks with all their tips and rings connected.

i don't see any reason for it to be any more complicated than this.
