Popping on cap selector switch

I recently modded my Wah with the modable way circuit on GGG. They recommend using a 1M resistor between each switch terminal and ground to eliminate popping. I've done this and still have popping? Anybody experience this. This mod sounds great.

do you switch during a quiet part of a song? i dont see why the popping is a problem...

I am switching between songs. It's not really a problem, I was just trying to figure out how to eliminate the pop. I also replaced the 4.7uF with a 10uF like you suggested.

sound any different? gotta listen to wahs every day for nearly a year to begin to hear subtle differences...

yes, 1m between each would work. try it  :)

You didn't install a LED, did you?
That might cause popping even with the resistors in place...
