I'm not sure this is what you want but I found this.  It's Jens HF modulator.  I've been wanting to bread board this one and try it myself.  I was told by someone that any modulation effect can be turned into a ring modulator fairly easy.  So I would assume you could make a tremolo into a RM I suspect. The John Hollis Zombie Chorus is what I use mostly.  It has a nice easy mod to a toggle switch for ring mod effect.
