Currently on the breadboard, on top off the amp, in the bedroom, I mean Lab.   :icon_rolleyes:

Optimized for 2N7000 Mosfets.   :icon_cool:

That looks like fun :D
I did put together a "Mosferatu" a while back, somewhat similar and i got a quite
decent sound after some tweaking ( technical term for adjustments :D )
Getting enough gain to drive the 2N7000's properly is interesting !

DOH, I neglected to thank John Greene and R.G. for explaining the whole Mosfet clipping deal.  Jack Orman is mentioned in the schematic.    :icon_mrgreen:

In trying different op amps, this circuit seemed to emphasize differences more than most, possibly due to thigh clipping theshold stressing them more.   :icon_rolleyes:

I also noticed that adding a 100 ohm resister in series with the Mosfets seemed to "smooth" things a little.   :icon_cool:
