what gauge wire would you use? ive got the right size cores, but cant figure out what size wire to use? im looking to wind one like casteldines, i would rather just buy one from him...but his site is down. anyways, how would this be done? thank you!
no longer the battle of midway...(i left that band)...

i hate signatures with gear lists/crap for sale....

i am a wah pervert...ask away...

just wire an appropriate resistor in series?

or if you want to wire it all in one, figure out how many windings you need to get the appropriate inductance, then figure out the average circumference of a winding (and the total lenth of wire you need), then work out what wire guage you'd need to get that length of wire to be 80 ohms
(theres a chart on here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_wire_gauge#Table_of_AWGs_and_approximate_corresponding_sizes ....though It only goes down to 40, though can just look up the conductivity of copper and figure it out for any thickness of wire )
