the clip sounds a lot like an uglyface, especially the laser gun sounds at the start. It's got the same number of knobs and the uglyface is stupidly loud like he says his pedal is. Or it could be a crashsync which is very similar.

That suggests it's a modified Crash Sync to me. It sounds kind of like a Crash Snyc thru a wah pedal to my ears.
