I'm looking for a clean (wich means opamp i guess) booster that has about the same output impedance as a guitar pickup. is it possible to use a proco rat without the diodes for example and "tune" the output impedance?

Something to look at..AMZ pickup simulator.
Generally we look for low output impedance, but I don't know what 'it' is you're up to either.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

I guess you want the loading on lower input impedance that follows, right?
There are many ways to do this. An impedance with an impedance to ground always gives attenuation (voltage divider). But since a guitar pickup hasn't got perfect resistance (it's a coil), it also offers treble roll-off in combination with an impedance to ground. The lower the following impedance, the less treble or in other words: the lower the -3dB cut-off frequency. You can simulatie this too with the simple low-pass filter (a resistor, followed by cap to ground). The runoffgroove OMEGA does this.
