FKR Front Panel

I'm going to build a FKR (woohoo!) but I want do make a front panel for it first (i mean the layout, the drawings).
The thing is that I do not know the name of the options of each switch.
For example:

I have the On/Off printed on the box for the Lube Mode. But for the other switches I know nothing.
Can you guys please post here or send me an email with your own drawing?

One other thing, when you guys printed the pcb from acrobat, what zoom percentage, or what size options did you use.

On Clipping mode and on overdrive, when it's on off position, it changes to stock Rat settings?
And what about the 2nd question guys?
