Converting wah to stereo,, help please

Hello guys,
i really need help on this one...please bear with me

I've been asked to mode a wah pedal (crybaby -rev G) for a keyboard player who has two output signals going to two separate amps.

i couldn't find a 4pdt footswitch so i'll use two dpdt switches

the pedal should have two input and two output jacks.
when the pedal is off,
input A will connect to output A, and input B connects to output B.
this should enable stereo use (when bypassed)

when the pedal is on,
both inputs will connect via the switch to the circuit's input
and both outputs will connect to the circuit's out.

please take a look at this sketch ,
*  note that each switch acts the opposite to the other


-will this work? ,
-should i use a buffer?

I Believe it will work, but you should also need a buffer.

Or maybe not,  but just in case. I would put a buffer at the effects output, and then divide it.

You could use relays for switching, and with a single DPDT you could turn on/off 2 realys, which are 2 electromechanical dpdt.

Wait a minute.. there might be an error with the switching, let me check.


EDIT:

If I'm not wrong, this is the way to go. When bypassed, each signal follow directly to the output, and input is grounded(which is repeated unnecessarily, the wire to ground in one of the switchs could be ommitted). When engaged, both signals meet at the input. You could put a buffer directly after the output.. or one at the input. Or one for each output, after passing through the switch.

Sory but, could you explain what are more precisely the Dark green, violet, and blue connections in the PCB, I don't know what are they.. input, outputs.. ground :S

the dark green is the pedals input jack (tip)
the violet  is the pedals out jack (tip)

the blue is the pcb's out ,it is connected to the pot as well

well ,I did the mode according to my first sketch, and then added an output buffer.

(i had to do some serious drilling,  in order to add another footswitch i had to drill off the base of the rubber stoppers...
what a mess)

-it seems to work better without the buffer,
the buffer adds a pop when the pedal is engaged (pull down R?)

my best result so far was without the buffer..but I've tried it with two guitars,not with a keyboard.
