Has anyone used the reverse polarity adapter with either the Godlyke Powerall or the VisualSound OneSpot for use with positive-ground effects? I have the Godlyke but wanted to know if anyone has had any success with it before I fry my daisy-chain power supply.

Thanks,
- Buck

I think you're misunderstanding what it does.  It has a different tip polarity for opposite polarity jacks.  You can have a positive-ground effect with the same polarity tip as a negative-ground effect...it has nothing to do with the grounding scheme of the pedal.  If you combine positive/negative ground effects using the same power supply without transformer isolation (like the Godlyke) you're going to fry it.

Consider using a max 1044 charge pump IC in your positive ground effect, to make -9v from +9, better than carrying around an extra adapter for it...
