I had build my self RODDENT (Tonepad), TS808 (GGG) and Liquid Sunshine (Aron Nelson Gallery).
When i test them in my RUBY AMP, it produce the effects sound but when i plug them to larger -- FENDER STAGE1000 (100W amp).
It has no sound of overdriven or distortion.
Is there anything wrong with my pedal or i need to crank the amp harder to get the effect?

Note: The connection is as simple as Guitar --> Effects (one at a time) --> Amp input.

I test this in a room of 75 seat.
I was only allowed to use not more than 1.5 out of 10 volume scale.
It already blow off some peoples's ears but i can't hear any overdriven / distortion sound even with DRIVE / Distortion at MAX.

The pedal was build as staed in the source.  Please advise.

The amp volume should have nothing to do with the amount of distortion produced by the pedals. I'd say there's something wrong with your pedals.

Was the sound of the bigger amp completely unchanged with the pedals (did it sound the same as when plugging directly into the amp)?

Not sure what a "LS" is.
Rodent should produce a clipped signal at it's output, the waveform will necessarily look and sound very different from bypass sound, especially into a clean-ish amp.
808 clips, but not as hard, should be a very different sound also, esp with the controls toward CW.
If the amp is very dirty to start with, adding dirt may be less noticable.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

I had details test on LS only. As for other pedals, i shut them off after i didn't hear the pedal voice.

As for the LS, the volume did responds to the change of Gain knob. I would say the sound get a bit sweethening compare to the straight amp.
But when i twist GAIN 1 and GAIN 2 to MAX, it didn't sound distorted as i expect.

Where should i start to trace the problem?
