So, the schematic is traced, I need to draw it in the computer.  Missing some component values.  Nothing exciting, not even an input filter. Only power supply filtering is professional.

Input-buffer with preemphasis => bbd-delay-line => 18db/octave Low-Pass-Filter => mixer/deemphasis/outputdriver.

Not even worth to think about to make a copy. Even an Ibanez CS-5 will be better.
So buy an Ibanez CS-5, Boss CE-2, Psk SCR-2 or Rogue SCR-5, Arion SCH-1/SCH-Z on evil-bay and rehouse it.  If you need a muddy-chorus sound like this unit change the output filter (3 resistors/3 capacitors).

Wil post tomorrow a picture of the missing component values.

Hi analogguru. Do you still have the schematic for the DOD 460? I checked at http://analogguru.an.ohost.de/ but the link to the DOD is dead. I have a DOD 401, 490 and 201 if you were interested in doing the same for those? I must say, I wouldn't describe my 460 as 'Muddy', but then I haven't tried many other CHorus pedals. It's certainly an improvement on the 80's digital CHorus that most people think of when they think of a chorus effect.

odgeuk, a lot of water has gone under the bridge since the post you are responding to. AG has moved on, but you may find him at the other DIY-FX forum.  ;)

No, you won´t find me there anymore (since 4 months) - the spirit has changed to much in a bad way and modman has got paranoid moods after his girlfriend left him.  As a result he has gone too far by false accusing my person in public.  But that´s another story.

Yes I do, but still:

Maybe I can solve this with your pictures... when I find some time.

Hi analogguru

I've sold my DOD460 now but not before taking a fair few photos of it which I hope might sort out your missing values. PLease let me know if you are interested in these and maybe we can get this schematic completed. I regret selling the DOD 460 and don't want to buy another as I know from experience (I had two) that they don't all sound the same. Would be great to build one. Cheers

Interesting that this thread has been revived. I have on that I'm trying to troubleshoot right now too. My guess is the SAD512 is kaput....with my luck...
