Deluxe electric mistress no output

Hi~ I I recently played through my deluxe electric mistress and I can only hear the LFO through the amp but not with the guitar..With the audio probe attached to my guitar touching pins one and three on the 741 is when the pedal works  perfectly and I can controll the flanger and ring modulator.. Across pins one and four of the 4558 the voltage can be adjusted with the bias trim.. Other than that I'm scratching my head..Any ideas..I don't know where I'm losing my signal.. Thanks...

Come on guys.. You've all been holding out on me...No responses whatsoever.. on my deluxe mistress.. Does anyone own this pedal?  Okay that's fine because I figured out the problem...
