I'm looking for stores in the EU that sell components in bulks or packs. Like 100 resistors/capacitors. I've seen that on ebay, but I can't seem to find them now. And what about some cheap cheap 3PDT's?

Thanks.

In the EU diystompboxes.com/cart can get pretty expensive due to shipping costs (with all due respect, because this is a wonderful forum!)

Banzaieffects.com are pretty fine, good service yet shipping might take a while.

I allways buy my 3pdts from Aron. I think its cheap, even with shipping from Hawaii.

A few weeks ago I bought two 3pdt's and a bag of 1N34A diodes. I payed app, 90 dkr (~ 12 €) incl. shipping.

I haven't payed any tax. It is below the limit for when you have to pay import tax, at least in Denmark

If you have to buy more than two switches its propably cheaper to by them two at a time in order to avoid taxes

I have mostly used musikding.de when I have bought in the EU

Is that because of the dollar exchange rate in your country, or do you have to pay import tax or something? To the UK stompswitches from Aron even with the shipping are about the cheapest you can get.

QuoteShipping costs to other countries is $1.60 for two switches which is not bad at all.
That's Aron, and 1,60 is really cheap. Fast delivery as well. Plus he's a total nice guy, so go ahead and order already.

For other stuff I buy from banzaieffects.com. Friendly and he has a lot of parts. Perhaps not the cheapest but I like to order all my stuff in one place and don't really have time to go hunting for the lowest price, calculating in shipping from different vendors, etc etc. I just want to build me some pedals. 100 metal film resistors for 2 euro. He has a couple of grab bag items as well.

Uk based;

www.rapidonline.com, 100 carbon resistors is about 50p. www.rhselectonics.co.uk for 3PDT switches but depending on where you are it might be cheaper to get them from Aron. For rarer components www.dalbani.co.uk is very good.

I'd avoid Electronic Projects Online if you're in Europe people.

It's been a month since I placed an order with them. It has yet to show up, they aren't answering emails and a phone call to them direct is met with a "this number is not in use" message.

Do NOT waste your money with them, I'm beginning to wonder if they've gone up in smoke...
