Tube buffer Cornish like

Hello!
On Evilbay i found a store with tube buffer for 48$ PCB+TUBE+COMPONENTS, but, can i mod this buffer to work with a guitar ?
What kind of mod ?
I need your help.:

Please don't post extremely big images like this inline. Link to the image instead, or scale it down to a reasonables size. The whole thread becomes unreadable with such a large image because of the extra scrollbars.
