Is R.G. Keen's book on sale anywhere yet?

I just checked at Small Bear but I didn't see it. I don't think it's available just yet. I can't wait to get my copy.

Books made it to me, I'm signing them, and they'll be available at small bear within days.

As it turns out, the ship-one-at-a-time setup was impractical, so I'm going to have to ship the whole lot to Steve to keep in stock. This is important to anyone who wants a signed copy because I have to sign them, then ship boxes to Steve and it's not simple to sign individual books.

So I'm signing the first 100 copies this weekend. I don't know if I'll be able to keep this up. If you want a signed copy, get it early.

It's super easy to publish it as a Kindle book through Amazon, but when I suggested that a couple of years ago R.G. didn't really like the idea. It's unfortunate. I'd like the book as well.
