little question about the lpb2?

is it a volume boost or a frequency boost? i built one today using AMZ's schematic to compare it to the hog's foot i built a week ago and the hog"s foot is way louder. the lpb does change the sound of my signal, but it doesn't boost the volume.

It is supposed to boost volume..........ALOT!
There's gotta be an issue somewhere.

thats what i thought so i threw another one together and it works just fine. the first one was made from a bazz fuss i no longer needed so there may be a short on the board or a burnt part somewhere.
