One may want to go the Sparkledrive route which, is TS with a clean blend -or- perhaps Red Llama.
Not sure about metal though, Would Steel Guitar count??

Its hard to have such different ranges of sounds in one pedal. Clean - Miniboost, Blues - ROG Professot Tweed, MEtal - BSIAB II

  I'd have to go 'FF', a dirtbox that cleans up good, I find lots of applications for it.
