Hi,
I have finally figured out (I hope...) how to link to images so I'm posting again my question with a hyperlink to a wiring diagram this time.

What I'm trying to do is to house two distortion effects in one box and use an "ON/OFF" switch, a "SELECT" switch and a "SERIES/PARALLEL" configuration toggle. When in "series" mode the distortion 2 would run after distortion 1. When in "parallel" mode it should be 1 or 2 but not simultaneously. Is what I've drawn so far correct? Where in the signal chain should I place the toggle?
Thanks for reading my post, any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

Looking to do more or less the same thing but I'm even more in the dark.
Have you worked it out ?
Was hoping to get a look at your file but the link's not working.

Hi,
Thanks for replying and for the attachment.
I dropped the idea because I couldn't find a way to wire the series parallel switch. Your attachment describes how to house two effects in one box but it uses individual on/off stomps for every board. My aim was to have one stomp as on/off switch and one stomp for switching between effect board 1 and effect board 2. The way I ended up doing it was to install one effect board wired to an on/off stomp switch and then wire two sets of controls (volume and tone) to another switch. In that way I  have a master on/off switch and a switch to go between two different settings.
