Metal can CA3080A for Dynacomp?

I have some metal can CA3080As. They look like this:



Can I use these in a Dynacomp? They have 8 pins but I'm not sure which is which. :icon_confused: I'm hoping that the one underneath the little tab is pin 1 and they just increase in counterclockwise order.

Looking down from the top, the wire under the tab is pin 8, then count backwards clockwise.

Those would have been the chip uised in the originals anyways....and yes, round devices have the tab over pin 8.  Here is the diagram from the CA3080 datasheet.
